If you are NOT from the UK
You have to use a manual proxy
FOLLOW THESE STEPS (very important!!!)
1. Log out of stardoll
2. For Fire Fox press SHIFT+CTRL+DEL....something will pop up and clear ALL!!!!
3. Use the manual proxy
This one worked for me but it takes a LONG time so you have to be patient

or
217.37.234.33 port 80
4. Click http://www.stardoll.com/en/cinema/?id=124
5. Wait till it loads and LOG IN
6. Remove the proxy an watch the WHOLE trailer...it will be in your suite ;)
